Reality versus being politically correct
PMC is a team of efficiency experts that have developed an innovative approach to help companies run smoothly and save money.
PMC works with the client to come up with solutions that are based on reality rather than opting to be politically correct or enable the “all talk, no action”.
In a work environment where most humans spend a third of their life, allowing personal relationships and maintaining the status quo in order to not ‘rock the boat’ leads to complications and bad decisions.
Working with the client we appraise the environment, measure the behavior and the efficiency of the employees and implement the necessary changes to achieve promised results.
Making realistic but hard choices will be a catalyst for change but in order to maintain a balance for the psychic mechanism we also believe in bringing positiveness and human understanding to the daily grind.
PMC believes that what starts out as difficult can end in a new beginning, a new sense of excitement and a new inclination. Dealing with problematic situations in a realistic manner is a process that goes through the following stages: development of the conscious mind, attention, judgment, memory and finally, the birth of ideas.
This adaptation mechanism is similar to a newborn. Upon inception it tries to find its way strictly on instincts and physical senses to discharge its immediate impulse but discouraged by the lack of results, it eventually abandons this method in order to make place for reality to exist.
But reality and a sense of enjoying what you do can co-exist.
The principle of reality guarantees tangible satisfaction while the principle of pleasure continues to reign the psyche, a domain also known as the subconscious where fantasy takes place. (pleasure’s dictatorship)
